What diving levels do you offer ?
We offer dives suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced divers. Whether it's a discovery dive, a guided exploration, or professional training, we have an option tailored to your needs.
Do you rent all the diving equipment ?
Yes, all the necessary equipment is included in our services: wetsuits, masks, snorkels, fins, and tanks. No hidden costs. Our equipment is regularly maintained to ensure your safety and comfort.
How to book a dive or an activity ?
You can book directly by contacting us through our "Contact" page or by phone. We will help you plan your experience according to your availability and level.
Deposits & Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy
- To secure a reservation, a 25% deposit of the total price is required at the booking date.
- The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the activity.
Cancellations & Modifications
- Cycladic Diving reserves the right to modify or cancel any dive due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
If the planned site is unavailable due to weather, an alternative location will be offered with adjusted costs. Declining the alternative will result in no refund.
- If Cycladic Diving needs to cancel a dive, clients will have the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
- To ensure smooth operations, we kindly ask clients to arrive on time at the designated location, as refunds cannot be provided for missed dives or courses.
Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the dive day are eligible for a full refund, minus any bank fees.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the booking incur a fee of €25 per dive per day.
- If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before the booking start date, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made at the dive spot will be charged in full. .
- Deposits for courses are non-refundable.
